Minimum Distribution Tables

Click here to access the minimum distribution tables which are in Appendix C.

Use Table III Uniform Table for distributions for participant--can recalculate life expectancy.

Use Table II Joint Life if spouse is MORE than 10 years younger than participant.

Use Table I if it is for beneficiary. Cannot recalculate life expectancy--use life expectancy as denominator of fraction using value at end of prior year and then reduce denominator by 1 in each successive year.
